Rusty Carpenter
Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. Rusty Carpenter is a senior executive who is experienced in managing multinational organizations. With extensive expertise in the payments and merchant check services space, Mr. Carpenter's work background includes Certegy Corporation, American Express Corporate Services, Andersen Worldwide, and Dun & Bradstreet. Mr. Carpenter most recently served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Certegy Check Services N.A., where he was responsible for the North American Check Services business including full P&L management for a $300 million, 1500 person organization. Mr. Carpenter has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management. Mr. Carpenter is responsible for CBC's Business Partner program.

Managing Partner of MetroWest Financial Partners, LLC with offices in Westborough and Acton. MetroWest Financial Partners is a full service financial consulting firm, using a holistic approach in providing financial knowledge and solutions to individuals and business owners.
Douglas Edwards
Senior Investigator, U.S. Department of Labor - Veterans Employment and Training Service (VETS). Mr. Edwards began his Federal career following service as an Army Officer in the Persian Gulf War. He has held senior management positions with the Dept of Veterans Affairs, Dept of Defense and with the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). He currently leads investigation and compliance operations for his agency in the six New England states, NY, NJ, PR and V.I., ensuring employer and contractor compliance with veterans rights laws. In 2004, he retired as a Major in the Army Reserve, where his last assignment was in the Office of the Army Chief of Staff at the Pentagon. He lives in Acton with his wife and daughter.
Susan Evans Moncrieff
Susan is a member of the Commonwealth Ballet board of directors, where she is co-chair of the Company's Friend's donation program. She has been active in leading major CBC fundraising activities, such as the annual Gala and Auction, and the annual advertising program. She has also acted as volunteer coordinator, or backstage coordinator, for major CBC productions. Susan is actively involved in another local non-profit, Danny's Place - a private foundation bringing a youth center to Acton and Boxborough, where she plays the role of volunteer coordinator. She has served as the President of the Conant School PTO in Acton and as a Girl Scout troop leader for six years.
Walter G. "Chip" Morris
Artistic Director of Commonwealth Ballet Company and Director of the Acton School of Ballet. Until 2004, Mr. Morris was a Founder and General Partner of Ariel Partners, LLC, an advanced software and business consulting firm to Fortune 1000 companies, including Bell South, Xerox, and Fidelity Investments. In his last engagement he served as chief architect of the largest information technology project in the history of the City of New York. He graduated with honors in philosophy and mathematics from Stanford University and holds a Master's degree in computer science and a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Karen O'Toole
Associate General Counsel for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and the Clients' Security Board. Ms. O'Toole lives in Concord with her husband and two teenage boys. Before serving as counsel to these Boards, she practiced maritime law in Boston. While an undergraduate at Carnegie-Mellon University, she danced with the Pittsburgh Ballet Company. Before studying for her law degree, she obtained an M.S.W. from the University of Michigan and worked for the Dept. of Mental Health in Boston. Ms. O'Toole has been a Board member since 2004.
Suzanne Peterman
President, Top Dog Design. Ms. Peterman has been working in the design and communication field for over 23 years. She has BFA in Graphic Design and Sculpture. After several years in Boston Advertising agencies, Suzanne joined the design team at Boston Magazine, designing and producing covers and feature articles. She left Boston Magazine to become Senior Designer for Brady & Paul Communications, a publication design firm that was responsible for many start up magazines and the redesign of the Christian Science Monitor. During her 18 years as president of Top Dog Design Ms. Peterman has taken great pride in her design work and the satisfaction of her clients.
Patricia M. Wilkey
Director for EDS Global Desktop & Mobility. At EDS Ms. Wilkey is responsible for creating and delivering mobile and emerging solutions that range from mobile messaging to edge services, as well strategic plans, products and alliances. She is instrumental in launching new services and leading new opportunities for the business enterprise market on a global basis. Since joining EDS in 1991, Ms. Wilkey has held various positions including Vice President of Global Communications Industry Group. She became Chief Financial Officer of EDS' wholly owned wireless subsidiary, EDS Personal Communications Corp. (PCC) in 1995. She joined EDS' Communications, Entertainment and Media Global Industry Group in 1999, where she was key in establishing new mobile ventures and overseeing megadeals. Ms. Wilkey was also instrumental in establishing EDS' wireless clearinghouse joint venture Cleartech in Brazil. Ms. Wilkey is a member of the EDS New England Women's Leader Network, International Engineering Consortium, and the Hispanic Employee Resource Organization. She has guest appeared on CNBC News and is co-author of Business Driven Information Technology, Answers to 100 Critical Questions for Every Manager.
Linda Ghastin
Owner, Dance This Way, Concord, Mass.
